VP of Development
Born and raised in the Bay Area, Erica Ross graduated from San Francisco State University with a BA in Television Production. After a year in public television, she made the prerequisite move to LA to break into “Hollywood.”
Erica began her career in reality television with Bunim/Murray Productions in 2001, working her way up the ranks from videotape logger to Supervising Producer on numerous seasons of Road Rules and The Challenge (MTV).
In 2007, Erica joined the team at Magical Elves, working on the acclaimed culinary competition Top Chef (Bravo) for ten seasons. Erica has also served as Producer/Showrunner for several production companies, including PB&J Television, 51 Minds, and Fullscreen. With over 15 years of experience in the business, Erica is an Emmy Award winner and 7-time Emmy nominated producer for her work on Top Chef.
Currently, Erica serves as Vice President of Development at Bunim/Murray Productions.
