As Executive Director, Human Resources, Keith partners with every department to ensure continued excellence. Keith is involved in employee relations, benefits administration, strategic relationship building, negotiating, problem-solving, technology improvements, and mental health advocacy. Key projects he’s been involved with include the Paperless Onboarding Conversion, Speed Interviewing event, Best First Day initiative, Learning Management & HRIS Implementation, and 401(k) Plan Adoption, and more.

HOW LONG HAVE YOU BEEN WITH BMP AND WHAT WAS YOUR ROLE WHEN YOU FIRST STARTED? I started BMP in 2008 as an HR Generalist.
BRIEF SUMMARY OF EXPERIENCE PRIOR TO BMP: I worked in retail while pursuing my degree, which gave me exposure to customer service and taking care of people. Once I graduated, I decided that helping people was something I liked to do, so I got a job at a non-profit helping amazing people with physical and mental disabilities gain their independence. I conducted money management and resume writing classes to help students balance their budgets and get their foot through the door towards employment and one step closer to independence.
COLLEGE/DEGREE(S): California State University, Los Angeles - Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology. Graduate coursework in Business Administration.
FUN FACT ABOUT YOU: I’m a First-Generation College Graduate of immigrants who worked hard to give me an opportunity to succeed. Married to my wonderful husband, Levon, a Registered Nurse.
